jelibet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

To access the full range of jelibet's services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all jelibet accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one jelibet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jelibet supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank via InstaPay. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the jelibet platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jelibet account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request will be processed.

• Winnings from valid bets will be credited to your jelibet account balance promptly after the relevant event or game round is settled.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jelibet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jelibet platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the jelibet platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jelibet's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jelibet staff or other players.

All content on the jelibet platform — including but not limited to the jelibet name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jelibet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jelibet platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jelibet content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the jelibet name, logo, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an endorsement by jelibet.

• Use jelibet's content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of jelibet's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jelibet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jelibet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the jelibet platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jelibet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jelibet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the jelibet platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jelibet's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

The jelibet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jelibet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

jelibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and associated winnings subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and jelibet's AML review process.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jelibet's customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jelibet platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

For disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game or bet, jelibet's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external legal action is initiated. To raise a dispute, contact jelibet's customer support team with full details of the matter within fourteen (14) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

jelibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jelibet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the jelibet platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jelibet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the jelibet platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
